Needs Analysis

Defining computer and communications networks is an essential part of a mission critical project. Effective definition allows the design of appropriate supporting physical infrastructures and the development of consensus within the client organization. KC/future planning will assist with your determination of the information technologies appropriate to your company's organizational structure, physical plant and business objectives.

We evaluate global direction and individual system components and can recommend systems, products and technologies that best accomplish project goals.

By exploring these areas - and their implications - the right Network, Architectural and Engineering decisions are made today, to ensure that your investment is preserved tomorrow.

We work closely with you, eliciting your input as needed throughout the design phase. When construction begins, you know what the network looks like, what will be delivered, how much it will cost to build and when it will be complete. We ensure that our clients get the most from their technology investment, choosing the best solution for projected information requirements and project constraints.

Design & Documentation

CAD tools are an integral part of the design and documentation process. We exchange prints and drawings electronically with architects and engineers, allowing rapid, coordinated changes to the design documentation.

All project documentation is done using Autocad V.12/13. Individual "port" attributes can be imported or exported into the database you choose. Accurate electronic and hard copy documentation of the "as built" cable and networking plant is delivered upon project completion.
